Buying at Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary

When making a purchase at Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary, the customer has 48 hours to make the payment. After this period ends and for stock reasons, the order will be automatically canceled by the system. If the customer wishes to purchase the products after 48 hours, they must place a new order.

Payment Methods

To buy at Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary you can choose to pay via Credit or Debit card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or MB Way.

Where do we send Bo-tanics products? 

Bo-tanics ships to mainland Portugal, its islands and Europe.

How are the shipments made? 

Shipments are made through CTT Azul tracked service.

How long do shipments take?

Once payment is confirmed on account, the order will be processed within 2-3 working days. Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary does not process orders on weekends or holidays.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated by weight.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email with all the information and the carrier's tracking number, if you have chosen this method.

Please confirm that you fill in all your details and address correctly. Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary is not responsible for orders that go back due to address errors. If the shipment has to be repeated, the customer will have to pay for new shipping.


  1. Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary accepts returns of its products 14 days after receiving the order, only if they do not show signs of use (for example used Incense, opened Essential Oils).
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  3. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary will refund within 14 days.

Prices shown include VAT at the statutory rate. Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary reserves the right to change prices and/or features of products and services without prior notice.
