During that time, I realised I needed more grounding. A dear friend introduced me to the practice of earthing, which is simply connecting with the Earth by walking barefoot on natural surfaces. I began wandering through my garden barefoot each day, feeling nature’s calm energy wash over me. These quiet moments gave me the clarity and inspiration to create Soul Balance Mist.
