Hello, I'm Bo. If you're feeling worn down, out of balance, or living with something that won't quite settle, this is a good place to start. As a herbalist and Reiki Master, I help with the things that quietly wear people down: aching joints and back pain, bladder and urinary troubles, hormonal shifts that leave you feeling unlike yourself, and the kind of deep emotional fatigue that rest alone doesn't fix. We'll look at what's troubling you now and what sits underneath it, then build something gentle and natural that fits your life, whether that's a herbal consultation, a bespoke tea or flower essence, or a distance Reiki session.
