Chakra Garden is two things held together.
It is a daily practice. You open it, see where the moon and the season are actually standing tonight, and take a moment to notice how you are. It takes half a minute.
And it is an apothecary. Herbs, essential oils, flower essences and crystals, each one filed under the energy centre it belongs to, with its traditional uses, its safety notes and how to take it.
Every month the garden offers four things drawn from a single centre: a herb, an oil, a flower essence and a crystal. One set a month, moving with the season and the moon.

ENERGY CENTRES
This month in the garden
September sits with the root. It's the centre of ground and safety, the one that asks whether you're actually held, and the first to go when you've been stretched too thin for too long.
Spirulina,
the herb
Vetiver,
the oil
Olive. the flower essence
Bloodstone, the crystal
Deep green, mineral rich, quietly rebuilding. The kind of nourishment that works underneath everything else.
Distilled from root, and it smells like it: dark, earthy, steadying. The one to reach for when you can't settle.
For the exhaustion that arrives after a long stretch of holding it all together, when there's nothing left in reserve.
Grounding, and old as courage. Keep it in a pocket and forget about it.

Something you can hold
Most days the thing that needs attention isn't a number. It's the tightness that sits across your shoulders by mid afternoon. The restlessness you can't quite place. The fog that won't lift, or the words that won't come.
The garden doesn't ask you to log any of that. It asks where you're feeling it, and then it puts something real in your hands. A herb to brew. An essential oil to breathe in. A flower essence to take on the tongue, a stone to keep in your pocket through the day.
Nothing abstract. Things you can hold.

Every plant here has a home in one of the seven chakras, the way every plant in a real garden has a bed it belongs to. That is the whole of the navigation.
You don't need to know your Manipura from your Muladhara to walk in. You need to know where it hurts, or where it's stuck, or where something is finally starting to open.
The garden takes you from there.

Where you arrive. The moon as it is tonight and the season as it is this week, with a quiet place to note how you're doing. The garden shifts with the hour, so it looks like morning in the morning and like night at night.
One selection a month. A herb, an oil, a flower essence and a crystal, all drawn from the same centre, chosen for where the year is standing. A new one arrives with each new month.
The whole shelf, searchable and arranged by centre. Traditional uses, safety notes, how to prepare it, what it sits well with. Keep your own notes against anything you try.
Plain language writing on the seven centres. What each one governs, how it shows up in the body, why these particular plants belong to it. Written for someone starting from the beginning.

The small things matter
Built for both hemispheres. Tell the garden where you are and the tendings follow your season, not somebody else's. If it's spring where you're standing, the garden knows.
Works with no signal. Once it's on your phone, the whole apothecary is yours whether or not you have a connection. Useful in a field, a plane, or a house with bad reception.
Moon and season, as they actually are. Not decorative. The garden reads tonight's phase and this week's point in the year, and the tendings are chosen around them.
Nothing leaves your phone. No account, no sign up, no analytics, no advertising. Your notes are yours and stay where you wrote them.
Written by a herbalist. Every safety note and preparation method is the one Bo gives her own clients.

Reach for it
Open the garden. See the moon, notice how you are. Half a minute is enough.
Meet this month's four: a herb, an oil, a flower essence and a crystal, with what to do with each.
Brew the tea. Inhale the oil. Take the flower essence and hold the stone. Real things, on the days you need them.
