I'm Bo Lemm, herbalist, Reiki Master, Barefoot Healer and founder of Bo-tanics Aroma-Herbary, my little sanctuary of natural wellness on Portugal's Atlantic coast.

I've been working with plants and energy for over twenty years, and I still find it all as fascinating as I did at the start. My training spans from Herbal Medicine to Reiki, and everything I offer, whether it's a product, a consultation or an ebook, is made with real thought and real care.

Herbalism

Dried herbs and botanical preparations laid out for a herbal medicine consultation

As a qualified Herbal Medicine Consultant, I work with the whole person, not just the symptom. Drawing on traditional plant knowledge and modern understanding, I build programmes that genuinely fit your life. Herbs offer a gentle, intelligent way back to balance.

Reiki

Reiki works with the energy flowing through your body, clearing blockages and restoring balance. I practice the Usui Shiki Ryoho method, offering in-person and distance treatments, often with chakra balancing, crystal healing and sound therapy woven in. I also offer Reiki training for those who want to carry this practice forward themselves.

Aromatherapy

Scent is one of the fastest routes to the nervous system. I work with pure essential oils to support emotional balance and overall wellbeing. Aromatherapy runs through much of what I do, from the aura mists I make by hand to the oils I recommend within a herbal programme.

Flower Essences

Flower essences work subtly and deeply, addressing the emotional patterns that often sit beneath physical symptoms. I use Bach Flower Remedies and create bespoke blends tailored to what's showing up for you. Gentle enough for anyone, including children and animals.
