Soul Aura Mists

Scent as a daily ritual.

I've always believed that scent is one of the fastest routes to a shift in how you feel. Before a thought forms, before you've had a chance to talk yourself into or out of anything, a familiar smell can change the room entirely. These three mists were born from that knowing. Each one is blended by hand, infused with Reiki, EU tested and compliant, and made in small batches here on Portugal's Atlantic coast.

Soul Balance Mist - 50ml

This one starts with the top of your head and works its way down.

Bergamot and Lemon come in bright and clarifying, while Rosemary sweeps through like a clean breeze. Then Vetiver and Myrrh settle underneath, warm and rooted, bringing that sense of everything being held in place. The overall effect is Mediterranean: sunny, herby, slightly resinous, and deeply calm.

I reach for Soul Balance when I need to come back to myself. Before a session, at the start of a busy morning, or anytime I've been in my head too long and need to land back in my body.

Soul Dreams Mist - 50ml

Some nights you just need permission to let go.

Soul Dreams opens with Bergamot and Clary Sage, soft and slightly floral, and then Frankincense comes in with that deep, ancient calm it's always carried. Cedarwood and Vetiver take you the rest of the way down, with Myrrh rounding everything off into something that feels genuinely restful rather than just sleepy.

This isn't a mist that masks the day. It helps you release it.

Soul Support Mist - 50ml

This is the one I made for the days when you're being too hard on yourself.

Spearmint and Lemon Myrtle make it bright without being sharp, and Bergamot Mint keeps it fresh and moving. Geranium brings a gentle emotional lift, while Copaiba and Myrrh hold the whole blend in something quieter and steadier. The overall effect is a kind of softening: of the shoulders, of the inner monologue, of the grip you didn't realise you were keeping.

Sometimes you just need something that says: breathe.
