This is the quiet heart of Bo-tanics: sitting down together, plant and person, and working out what will genuinely help you feel more like yourself. Whether you come for herbs, for Reiki, or for both, we begin the same way, with a proper listen.

I do not work from a symptom checklist. I work from you: your story, your season of life, and what your body and your energy are telling us. Herbal medicine and Reiki are two hands of the same practice, and often the deepest shifts come when they work together. You are welcome to begin with whichever one calls to you.

An hour of genuine rest

Reiki is a gentle energy treatment that helps your nervous system drop into deep rest. Most people describe it as warm, calming and quietly restorative. It asks nothing of you but to lie back and receive.

In person or as a distance treatment, which works beautifully even across continents. People come to Reiki to unwind, to feel more balanced, to move through a tender patch, or simply to give themselves an hour of real care.

A plan made only for you

A herbal consultation is an unhurried conversation about your health and your life, followed by a plan made only for you: teas, tinctures where appropriate, food and lifestyle suggestions, and simple things you can do at home. A herbal check-in is a follow-up consultation for symptom checking and herbal assimilation.

In person on Portugal's west coast, and by video worldwide. Any herbs are prepared within our private work together. Herbal support that sits alongside your medical care, never in place of it.
