What Reiki does

Reiki works with the energy flowing through your body, gently clearing what has become stuck and restoring a sense of balance and ease. Some people come for a single reset when life feels heavy. Others want to go deeper, giving the work time to settle and build over several weeks. Whichever you choose, you are met exactly where you are.

Every session is intuitive. Depending on what surfaces on the day, I may weave in chakra balancing, crystal healing or sound therapy. I follow what comes up rather than working to a fixed formula, so no two sessions are ever quite the same.
