Distance Reiki

Reiki works with the energy flowing through your body, gently clearing what's stuck and restoring a sense of balance and ease.

You don't need to be in the same room for a session to be deeply effective. Distance Reiki works just as powerfully as an in-person treatment. I work with a photo and your current location, and the energy reaches you wherever you are in the world.

Many clients notice a real shift within a day or two.

Each session is intuitive. Depending on what you need on the day, I may weave in chakra balancing, crystal healing or sound therapy. I follow what comes up rather than working to a fixed formula, so every session is its own thing.

Distance Reiki is particularly good for stress and anxiety, emotional heaviness, low energy, sleep difficulties, or simply needing a reset when life feels a bit much.

How Distance Reiki Works

After your session

After the session, I'll send the chakra assessment again. It's often in that second fill that clients start to notice a shift, things that felt heavy feeling a little lighter, areas of tension beginning to ease. I'll share my observations from the treatment

Preparation

After booking 'll send you a short chakra assessment form. This gives me a sense of where you are energetically before we begin. Please send me a recent photo and your location at the time of your appointment. Find a quiet time to rest or simply go about your day. I'll let you know when I'm working, and we'll go from there.

Ready for balance?

Distance Reiki is just as effective as being in the room. Bo works with a photo and your current location, and the energy reaches you wherever you are in the world.

Aftercare

Firstly I want you to relax and drink plenty of water, preferably filtered or spring. If anything needs a little extra support, I'll suggest some simple protocols to help you integrate, things like grounding practices or time in nature.
